SPECIALISED MILITARY COLLECTOR'S CARDS

ARMY REGIMENTS - SET 2

The Royal Welch Fusiliers

No. 13
The Royal Welch Fusiliers

It is over three centuries since the Regiment was first formed by Lord Herbert of Chirbury in March 1689. Since then it has been in continuous existence and has maintained its individual identity. Today the Regiment has one Regular and one Territorial Battalion and is still easily recognised by the white hackle worn in the beret and the black flash which hangs from the collar of every Royal Welchman.
